- The best time to use tea tree oil depends on what you're using it for. Here’s a guide:
- Skincare (Acne, Eczema, Infections)
- Best time: Apply at night before bed to allow it to work overnight.
- How often: Once a day (or every other day if you have sensitive skin).
- Hair & Scalp (Dandruff, Itchy Scalp)
- Best time: During your shower, mixed with shampoo.
- How often: 2-3 times a week.
- Fungal Infections (Nails, Athlete’s Foot, Ringworm)
- Best time: Morning and night for best results.
- How often: Twice daily until symptoms improve.
- Oral Health (Mouthwash, Bad Breath)
- Best time: Morning after brushing your teeth or before bed.
- How often: Once a day (never swallow!).
